Leg warmers and high heels are hot. Maya wanted to do the whole set on the floor. I’m partial to women standing, so you see alot of standing poses in our sets, but Maya wanted to break the mold and see how many different ways she could pose on the floor. I think she done good.

This is one of my favorite sets to come along in a while. Mostly because Bell really enjoys more artistic work. She’s a very creative person, and offers alot of input during a shoot. Giving her a piece of fabric and nothing else is enough to engage her mind in all sorts of ideas. There is still a list of things we want to shoot. Mostly her suggestions.

It’s warm enough to use the loft for a few shots and we took advantage recently when Zayda was here. Spring is the best time of year for upstairs shooting, and the morning light in the window is very nice. Soon, Summer will be here and the loft will be too hot. Oh well. Good things come in small doses.

Floofie got a new beret!

Renee plays basketball in a rec league. She wanted to shoot with the basketball, and we hoped to get to the park and shoot some hoops, but it got late and started to rain. The pictures came out pretty good, and Renee is really having fun.

Cindy likes this set. She has fun just being silly, and this was the last shoot of the day. So, like usual, we just let her be herself.

I had a chance to shoot a few sets with Natalie when she passed through town on her way to Seattle. The costume here reminds me of a pinup outfit, and we certainly could have done a sort of 1950s pinup style set, but we went with some of the usual Jazz Age props. Natalie made fun of my union poster.
